We are looking for a Talent Specialist who believes in to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will take an active role in our talent acquisition, branding and culture initiatives.

More About This Role:

  • Understand each department needs and skills needed, connect with hiring managers on best candidates and be pro-active on finding personnel for each department.
  • Creative sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Participate in various culture initiatives and development of our Employer Value Proposition
  • Assist with the development of eSight’s Corporate Onboarding program
  • Assist with various HR-related special projects and reports on an ongoing or ad hoc basis
  • Support in the production of Award submissions (on behalf of HR and Marketing), ensuring that our EVP is well represented

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Knowledge and adherence to applicable legislation pertaining to the field of HR
  • Familiarity with ATS, including implementation is an asset
